Positions
Lead Teacher
Responsibilities include supervising children at all times, leading age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe classroom, completing required documentation, and supporting classroom staff.
Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education AND two years experience required
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, helping implement age-appropriate lessons, supporting behavior guidance, and working closely with the lead teacher to ensure smooth classroom management
Early Childhood Education credits or CDA AND two years experience required
Teacher Aide
Assists the lead by helping maintain a safe, clean environment, engaging children in play and learning, supporting meals and rest times, and ensuring children are supervised at all times
High school diploma or equivalent required
Assistant Director
Assists with staffing, scheduling, family communication, classroom supervision, recordkeeping, and health/safety standards, and serves as the person in charge when the Director is absent
Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education AND two years experience required
